Chime, a customer relationship management proptech, today announced its new social media tool, Social Studio, according to a press release.
The company says the natively-built platform capability, is designed to help real estate professionals capitlize on social media “as a low-cost opportunity to build awareness and fill their pipeline.”
It says it accomplishes this by automating the creation and publishing of organic social media posts directly from its existing platform. Chime says as a result, agents can reduce the time spent developing “engaging content”, and can in turn put time towards managing operations.
Key features included in the Social Studio include:
- Showcasing of listings, websites and blogs automatically into the MLS and current website
- Advanced post scheduling
- Detailed lead engagement metrics and customized lead nurturing campaigns
- Auto-posting when listing status changes on the MLS
“Every real estate professional knows time is money and as the market tightens it matters more than ever where you spend your time and focus. Our platform has always been designed to help automate key business functions and let agents and teams do what they do best – service the client and close deals,” stated Stuart Sim, Head of Industry Development at Chime, in the release.
The company also noted that online marketing is one specific area of concern for agents, which is increasingly used by agents to create consistent brand awareness and generate leads.
It says that due to cooling in the housing market due to inflation concerns and high mortgage rates, automation is an important efficiency for agents that want to combat the rising cost of business.
“Social Studio is another example of that commitment. By offering a fully-automated social media management tool designed specifically for realtors, we can help our customers attract more followers and capture more leads while keeping costs low,” Sim said.
In other recent proptech news, FLASH announced a strategic partnership and investment commitment with Brookfield. PetScreening also announced integrating with property management platform ResMan to streamline pet-related checks.
