Livly, an enterprise-level resident experience proptech, today announced new partnerships with SALTO Systems and ButterflyMX to integrate both technologies into its multifamily mobile application, according to a press release.
The company says this is the first time that the SALTO Space smart access and ButterflyMX video intercom technologies have been integrated into a single application, and says that the collaboration streamlines property management operations and “increases revenue as rent prices are raised to reflect an elevated resident experience”.
Through the Livly Resident Mobile App, property staff can now provide both technologies to residents to enable guests a simple way to gain authorized access to apartment buildings. It does so by providing guests with a “Digital Visitor Log” in the applications property hub, which can be reviewed by property staff at any time.
“Our partnership with both SALTO and ButterflyMX have each individually been incredibly productive. Now together, we are thrilled to create an enhanced experience benefiting property managers, staff, residents, guests, and visitors alike,” stated Brian Duggan, co-CEO of Livly, in the release.
“We’re excited to have our advanced electronic lock management tech integrated with the modern Livly resident app. Now, residents have the convenience of using their mobile device to access their apartment homes. And property managers have the power to better and more securely manage full-building access,” said SALTO Sales Strategy North America, Colin DePree.
