Bethea Consulting, a Miami-based consulting venture, today announcing launching its new solution for assessing property damage, according to a press release.
The company says it solves this important aspect of property insurance for adjusters, attorneys and insurance companies by partnering with experts in plumbing, molding and restoration fields to “streamline all required information on a subject property from one source.”
Based in Florida, Bethea’s property damage assessments are important due to the large number of homeowners moving into the region, and growing concerns over climate-associated risks.
“Our goal is to provide great customer service to homeowners and businesses. We are a solution for adjusters, attorneys, and insurance companies to level the ‘playing field’. Dealing with property damage can be a headache for all concerned parties. Bethea Consulting can speed up the process by providing detailed reports on the subject property in 72 hours.” stated Zachariah Bethea, owner of Bethea Consulting, in the release.
“With our team of experienced professionals and a modern approach, we are set to bring about a transformation in the industry that has traditionally been dependent upon significant human resources.”
A recent Redfin analysis of ClimateCheck data found that nearly all (94%) of all second homes purchased in the past two years face high heat risk and storm risk (78%), and associated these increased at-risk purchases to a migratory pattern into states like Florida.
In addition to this newly-launched property damage assessment solution, the organization also provides a number of inspection, maintenance and repair-based services included camera inspection, shower pan testing, leak detection, mold assessment and emergency repairs.
Looking towards the future, Bethea also stated plans to introduce new services and said it plans to add mobile applications to increase the accessibility of its solutions.
“We are always at the forefront of adopting the latest technologies to upgrade our operations. We do regular internal assessments and brainstorming sessions to infuse new ideas and streamline our processes. We plan to introduce new services soon. Also, on our radar is the launch of our mobile apps which will make it convenient for our clients to access our services at any time and from anywhere,” Bethea said.
